Black Forest Importers online ordering system is open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. If you have any problems, or you'd rather phone in your order, we can take your order during normal business hours.

Return Policy

Should you need to return an item, ship it back to us within 15 days of the invoice date and we'll exchange the item, or credit your account less a 15% restocking fee. You will need to send us an email requesting this service agreeing to our policies before returning any merchandise, you will be sent an email with an RMA number that is to be written on the outside of the shipping box. Non RMA number packages will be refused. If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the exchange out to you at no cost.

All our items are fully guaranteed. Mechanical Cuckoo Clocks include a 2 year warranty against mechanical defects and Quartz Cuckoo Clocks include a 1 year warranty against mechanical defects. Miniature clocks have a 1 year warranty against mechanical defects.

We are not able to accept returns for cash or credit from a gift recipient. We will gladly exchange the item for an exact replacement in case of damage or an inoperable item, all credits have to be issued against the credit card used to purchase the item.

Back Orders

In the event an item is not available at the time the order is placed, you will receive notification by Email of its expected availability date. You do not need to take any action unless you would like to cancel the order. We will notify you of the status of the item and advise you when it ships. You will not be charged for items on back-order until they ship.

Our clocks are shipped UPS ground. Expedited shipping is available at additional cost indicated on our Web Site.
